1. The PIR host can not installed near the window. The sunshine or heat will cause false alarm.
2. The contact sensors can not be installed on the metal surface which will lead to false alarm.
3. The door sensor and the magnet should be installed between 1 inch(2.6 cm).
4. You should adjust the angle of the PIR host to avoid detecting pets to activate alarm frequently.
