Yes, it is designed with an asphalt shingle roof, waterproof layer, and reinforced joints. The structure is moisture- and mold-resistant, ensuring reliable performance in rain, humidity, and varying weather conditions.
Why does the infrared sauna room require a longer preheating time in winter?
In winter, the lower external temperatures slow heat transfer and air heating inside the sauna. Therefore, it’s recommended to extend preheating time to ensure the room reaches an ideal temperature before use, providing the best sauna experience.
Why did I only receive part of the shipment? How does the process of infrared detection work?
This product ships in two separate boxes and may arrive at different times. Please wait for both before setup. The infrared functionality is on the heating carbon board, not in the LED light, which is solely for illumination purposes.
Does it require special tools or installation service? Is it safe for seniors or people with health issues?
No. The sauna uses a modular snap-lock system. No tools needed. Yes, but we recommend consulting a physician if you have underlying medical conditions.
