Can it be used in high elevations?

Yes, but for areas above 2,000 feet, suggest checking if there is sufficient gas and water supply.

PS: For every 1,000 feet in elevation, the efficiency of the water heater will decrease by 10%

What size connectors are gas, cold and hot water?

Gas regulator is pre-installed before delivery. The water Inlet and outlet are both 1/2” BSP thread size.

Why does it happen that gas fitting breaks when installing the product?

The gas connector (can not be removed) and gas regulator are pre-installed on the product and each removal will damage the valve body, therefore, it is not recommended to disassemble the gas regulator after each use.

Does it require any special maintenance before going into long storage?

Make sure all water is drained to prevent freeze and rust damage.
