Do I have to buy any parts for installation ?

You need to buy a 150 psi pressure relief valve. Also take into consideration your exhaust diameter from the heater to your actual vent. You may need to get some adapters dependent on your situation.

What size propane tank does this unit require?

Yes you can use any size tank , its all about the lp pressure going into the heater . And the pressure and temp of the water going into the tank , to determine performance .

Can this unit be used for a whole house application? Kitchen sink, vanity, shower and washing machine?

You need electric to get it started and for the control panel like adjusting the hot water temp.

How long can this unit run? Until the propane is out? is this unit producing a constant temperature?

It will run as long as it has gas or propane supply and the hot water is turned on. It will give a constant temperature which also does not need set very high because its hot on demand. Will not run out of hot water with this tankless heater.

Can you use this inside a tiny home?

As long as it’s vented you could use any any type home.
