HOW to INSTALL

Positioning and Marking: Determine the installation position of the lift mechanism and mark it accordingly. Ensure to leave approximately 2 inches of clearance between the rear side of the lift and the rear panel of the bed frame.Aligning the Sides: Align the longest side of the lift mechanism with the height of the bed’s side panel, ensuring proper positional matching.Marking Mounting Holes: Slightly loosen the components of the lift to expose the mounting holes, then mark the corresponding hole positions on the bed board.Drilling and Installing the Main Body: Disassemble the lift, drill holes at the marked positions, install the main body of the lift mechanism, and tighten the mounting screws.Placing the Bed Frame and Installing Gas Springs: Lift the installed mechanism, place the bed frame on top of the lift.Determining Bed Board Hole Positions: The hole positions on the bed board can be determined by measuring the distance from the mounting holes on the longest side of the lift bracket to the perpendicular and parallel sides of the bed board. Alternatively, mark the corresponding positions directly on the underside of the bed board.Securing the Bed Board: Based on the marked hole positions, securely fasten the bed board to the longest side of the lift mechanism using screws.
