How do I set up this solar generator with a solar panel?

The Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 uses a DC8020 solar charging cable. The SolarSaga 200W cable has DC7909 and DC8020 connectors; simply remove the L-shaped DC7909 plug and connect using the straight DC8020 plug to link the power station to the solar panel

I ordered the solar generator, but I only received my power station or solar panel.

The power station and solar panel are shipped separately due to the carrier’s policy, which may result in staggered delivery times. Should you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

What is CTB (cell-to-body) technology?

This is what makes the Explorer 2000 v2 safer, lighter, and smaller! By directly integrating the batteries into the power station’s structure, CTB technology not only increases structural rigidity and energy density but also reduces weight and size.

Can Explorer 2000 v2 charge an electric car (EV)?

No. Explorer 2000 v2 is not designed to charge electric vehicles. It is intended for home backup, outdoor camping, and portable power supply for appliances and electronics.
