[MAINTENANCE TIP] – When the water heater is not in use, disconnect the gas, inlet and outlet lines and store the water heater in a warm place. If the water heater is stored in a cold environment, the heat exchanger or water valve may be frozen, so it must be drained: turn counterclockwise to open the drain valve on the lower right side of the water heater can be drained (before draining, please disconnect all water inlet and outlet pipes to ensure the water heater can be drained properly)
[IMPORTANT NOTE] – To prevent gas leakage due to poor sealing of the gas water heater, do not wrap tape between the gas regulator and the inlet pipe.
